Appointments are available daily. To ensure you receive your preferred treatment times, it is recommended that reservations are booked as far in advance as possible.
Please inform us during the reservation if you prefer a male or female therapist, or have no preference and instead prefer the best qualified therapist for your needs. All staff are professionally trained and licensed to ensure the highest quality of service and integrity. Proper draping techniques are always used to ensure your comfort at all times.
As a courtesy to the staff and other guests, please provide a minimum of 6 hours advance notice of appointment cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled in less than the required time and no-shows will be billed in full. There will be no charge if we are able to re-book your appointment.
Spa services are appropriate for guests 16 years and older.
The Grand Harmony spa experience includes a co-ed whirlpool and relaxation lounge. For those desiring privacy, men’s and women’s locker rooms offer aromatherapy steam rooms and private relaxation lounges. Our lounges feature an assortment of complimentary spa beverages and snacks. Luxurious robes, slippers and grooming products are made available for your use. Your valuables are special – please do not bring them with you.
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time to check-in and enjoy the facilities. If you arrive late, your treatment will end on time so that the next appointment may begin as scheduled. Should this happen, your service will be charged in full.
To ensure a quiet and relaxing environment, please turn off cellular phones and electronic devices at the spa. Tobacco and alcohol are not permitted.
Please inform the spa staff if you have any medical conditions, including pregnancy, sunburn or special needs prior to your treatment. Certain skin care products and waxing are not recommended while using specific prescription medications. If you have allergies, including seaweed, iodine, and nuts, please inform our staff. This will ensure that appropriate products are carefully chosen for you.
An additional 18% gratuity is additional to the cost of each service.
